Checklist
This checklist will help the application process go smoothly. Make sure you have checked off all the items on the list before applying!
- Make sure your website is well referenced and up-to-date.
- Compile your latest website usage and traffic reports.
- Make sure you are authorized to complete this application and commit to the Affiliate Agreement on behalf of the domain name.
- Know the difference between Payee and Contact names (Payee is the legal name of the individual to whom entity payments are made; Contact is the person responsible for managing the website or affiliate relationship).
- US applicants: please make sure you have your Employer Identification Number or equivalent. Canadian applicants: please make sure you have your GST and PST numbers.
